Guarantee/Returns/Shipping

All orders are shipped next business day, unless something is backordered. You will be notified if there is a delay in your order. If you're not happy with your purchase we offer you a 60-Day Money Back Return Policy:

Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from us that are returned to Home Grown Baby Store with a copy of the original sales receipt within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Diaper Package Return Offer: We offer a special return on all diaper packages. Buy a package, try out ONE diaper-use it, wash it, don't like it?, Return the ONE used diaper with the rest of the package purchased, and we will refund you the entire sales price! You only have to pay for shipping to us, but you get your money back if you decide that what you bought isn't right for you. Other than being able to return ONE used diaper with your return, diaper packages are subject to the same timeframe and guidelines for returns stated below.

We will not refund original shipping charges on returned products. If your you got free shipping on your original order, or return makes your original order less than the free shipping amount ($75), actual shipping on the original order will be deducted from your return.

It is recommended that returned products be sent by U.S. Mail or UPS and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless, of course, there was an error on our part.

Returns that are your choice are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 60 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition (unless it's in the ONE diaper from a package clause) will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. This return policy does NOT include clearance, or closeout, those items are final sale.

We cannot be responsible for packages once we have given them to the US Postal Service. Packages almost always make it to their destination safely and on time. Occasionally, packages get delayed (most likely due to holidays) or lost.

Defective items are generally handled by the manufacturer, but please let us know so we can help. Please email us as soon as possible to notify us of any defect so that arrangements can be made for a replacement item. You may need to return the defective item before a replacement is sent out to you.
