SALES TAX

Merchandise bought and/or received in Florida is by law subject to Florida Sales Tax. Florida sales tax rate is currently 6%.

SHIPPING

We use Priority Mail for orders in the US. For any orders $75 or more within the United States, shipping is free. You may select a priority mail upgrade if you order qualifies for free shipping and you would like priority mail shipping.  If you do not select the priority mail upgrade, your order will likely ship by Parcel Post.  All international orders will checkout with $0 postage and we will email you your shipping charges. 

Shipping on Prefolds is an exception to the above.  Prefolds are a heavy item for shipping and extra shipping charges may be incurred.  You will be contacted via email and/or phone before Prefolds are shipped. 

International customers Please read:  By placing an order, international customers understand that you are responsible for all customs/duty fees.  You may not cancel an order after it has shipped due to customs/duty charges.  Please be aware of any charges that you may incur when ordering a package from us before placing the order.  I recommend www.raisedinreusables.com for your Canadian purchases. 

If the post office attempts to deliver your package or you do not pick up your package from the post office, we will NOT be responsible to honor ANY refund. NO exceptions.

Insurance/Delivery Confirmation

Insurance is available for purchase.  We recommend it!  Delivery Confirmation is provided for all packages .  We cannot be responsible for packages once we have shipped them.  If you have not purchased insurance and your package is lost, we cannot be responsible for replacement.  Please consider purchasing insurance here.

RETURNS

We strive to keep you 100% satisfied with your purchase.  However, in order to keep our costs down we must apply the following policies for returns:

We do not accept "cancelled" orders. All orders are final and subject to these policies once they are placed and paid for.

We will accept any unused/unwashed/resealable products back within 14 days from receipt of your order.  We can not under any circumstances accept anything that has been used or washed.  Returns must be pre authorized.  Please do not return something without first contacting us.  Items that are returned to us used or washed or not in original condition will be returned to you at your cost.  Additionally, we cannot accept returned items that smell of cigarette smoke or heavy perfumes; these will also be returned to you at your cost.

You may choose between store credit/exchange or a refund. Refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

For orders that qualified for free shipping (anything over $50.00), original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

If you would like store credit or an even exchange please do not checkout through the website. Please email me with the products that you would like as an exchange for your return. If you do checkout through the website that will become a new order and subject to the restocking fee for a refund.

If you are exchanging a product for store credit or an even exchange you will be responsible for all shipping fees. We will charge actual shipping and email you with the total.

We will not accept coupon codes or voucher codes on exchanges or store credit.

Sales, Clearance and Used Items may not be returned.

Defective items are generally handled by the manufacturer.  Please email us as soon as possible to notify us of any defect so that arrangements can be made for a replacement item.  You may need to return the defective item before a replacement is sent out to you.

PAYMENTS

I accept all forms of payment at this time with the exception of out of State checks.  You are welcome to choose this option and send a Money Order – however, please list your intentions in the message box at checkout. 

PRIVACY ACT

We respect your privacy and will not give out, sell, or trade your information with other companies, with the exception of those companies whose products we sell to you that must be shipped via drop-ship from them. These companies include, but are not limited to, Happy Heiny's, Stacinator and Swaddlebees.  If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
